Respecting Your Body

Every week I attempt to go to the gym at least 4 times. Starting my day with a workout makes me feel excellent. Not only do I feel productive, but I feel healthy, and my energy levels are increased throughout the day. One of the things I did recently to increase my health was a colon cleanse. I have done many cleanses over the years, so I know which ones work and which ones don’t. By far my favorite one has been the bromalite cleanse. It helped me burn fat, and it boosted my metabolism. I now feel like I’m treating my body with the respect that it deserves.
