How Training Has Changed
I used to work for a Social Service Agency, and in order for us to keep our license current we had to attend a certain number of workshops each year. Those days seem to be over. Now I am on a committee knows as affiliate classroom 2 review committee. There are training programs available on the web which the agency pays for each staff member to take while in their office. I review these trainings once a year to make sure they meet the criteria for our state. No more out of office days, or overnight travel for the staff, how sad, What a price savings for the agency!
