Medical Malpractice
After undergoing a simple eye operation of cataract, we discovered that a close friend of mine was unable to see from the eye he was operated upon. Luckily my father is a Toronto Personal Injury Lawyer, and had to intervene in order to help us out. We filed a case against the hospital and the doctors involved in the operation. Where it was supposed to be a simple, uncomplicated eye operation, it landed up taking over 3 hrs, resulting in my friend loosing his eye sight. With a family to support, now he is also jobless, but we are thankful to the lawyers who are perusing the case to get full compensation for him.
