More Companies are Getting Help with Employment Screening
In this economy, people can get to be desperate enough for a job that they will omit critical information on an employment application. We were having a hard time with knowing which applicants were being truthful, so we decided to start doing Employment Screening on all of the applicants for certain security clearance levels. It has helped us tremendously to be able to do this, and now we have a much better idea of who our valued employee really are.
