Steps to Mass Building

Pack some more protein! Yes that is the primary thing you need to do to be able to set the first step to mass building. One gram of proteins is advisable with each pound of your total body weight.  Next is to increase carbs on your diet, brown rice is a good source for carbs also sweet potato.  This will give you ample energy to consume when you are pumping the irons or doing some stretching. Do not eliminate fats from your diet, there are important fats that should be included like omega-3 fatty acid that are commonly found on sea food like tuna, sardines, salmon and swordfish.  And most importantly do not forget to rest well, this will get your body in the right condition for the hard days of work out the next day.
