The HCG Diet Menu
One thing you’ll not like about the HCG diet besides its being too low calorie is the diet menu. The food selection is meager and there’s little option for how you can prepare what you’re allowed to eat.
For lunch or dinner the HCG diet menu offers 100 grams of meat, stripped of all traces of fat, that you cannot do anything with but broil or grill, one kind of vegetable and fruit coming from a list provided, seafood though limited to either shrimp or lobster and small piece of bread. Breakfast is even worse – sugarless coffee or tea and one teaspoon of milk. The only consolidation is you can have all the tea or coffee you want throughout the day. You cant veer away too much from this menu. It will no longer be a 500 calorie a day and detox diet which will negatively affect your program.
