Acai diet on Oprah show:
I heard about acai diet on Oprah show and this is something that I have started following by heart. I started following this diet since about 6 months and till now I have lost 5 kg of weight. I took acai berry meals 3 times a day and it was not at all nagging as these meals were such a treat. There are so many varieties of acai berry meals that you can not stop experimenting. The best thing is that every meal takes up to 15-20 minutes to get prepared properly. So without taking much tension I lose a lot of weight.
