Do we have enough water?
I keep hearing reports that the Midwest is going to run dry in a couple of decades. When I say run dry, I mean that they are saying that the underground reservoirs will go dry. But you know, I remember reading that in the 1930s conservationists had estimated that we would run out of trees in about 40 years. hmm. I see plenty of trees around. I don’t know about all these stats. I know this: I don’t want to run out of water because I want to keep using my oral irrigator. And I’m willing to bet there are plenty of others out there that would too.
