The answer is no, you don’t have to exercise, because you will lose body fat on this diet without exercise, and you won’t lose much fat from exercise alone unless you exercise for long periods every day – which has the double disadvantage of stimulating hunger (so you need to eat more food) and also stimulating the production of more insulin, which then converts the extra food into fat!
