Finding Ways To Keep It Off

For most of my adult life, I have been a yo-yo dieter.  I come and I go.  And so does the weight.  I have a tendency to grasp at the newest weight loss fad, and have endeavored all of the crazy diets that have come to light over the years.  Finding a way to burn the fat feed the muscle I found is the only logical way to really lose the weight and keep it off.  Keeping fit and healthy isn’t about dieting — it’s about lifestyle.  Period.  It’s about continual personal choices rooted in both sacrifice, pleasure and pain.  Taking that first yet educated step was a huge turning point for me.  You can do it too!
