The medifast diet my neighbor has started.

Last Saturday my neighbor, who is a nurse, told me that his hospital was putting on some free CPR classes in the next few weeks. I’m kind of glad he mentioned this because I have been wanting to learn CPR for a few years now and I like anything that is for free. He also told me about the new diet he had started, the medifast diet. He told me he found out about this diet when he read a medifast review over the Internet. He said that over the next few weeks he hopes to lose the extra weight he has been carrying around.
