Why Weight?

If you are a person like myself who is striving to start off the new year with a thinner version of self, then take a look at bistromd.com.  This site describes a program that is easy to do–you simply sign up and meals are delivered to your door.  Not only do you not have to “count calories,” you don’t even have to make the food yourself.  All a person needs to do is simply eat the prescribed amounts–how easy is this?  Who would not want to sign up for a program that is this easy?   If losing weight is your goal, this is our option!
