Previous Water Damage
When we rented our house, the owner never said that there had been previous water damage to the floors from someones water bed leaking all over the place. We ended up having mold growing in our carpets that made my son very sick. We called Carpet Cleaning West Bountiful Utah and not only did they come right out but they cleaned up the carpet and dried all the excess water that was in the floor so that we wouldn’t have this problem again. When the bill came, I passed it right on to the owner of the house, he didn’t dispute that he had to pay it either.
