Pipes will burst your budget
When water pipes burst they can cost you a pretty penny. Not just fixing the pipes but in the Water Damage in Draper Utah. When our pipes froze and broken under our bathroom tub, we had a ton of water damage behind the tub and in the basement below the tub. The ceiling below had burst and water had flooded the bedroom below. We had to get the pipes fixed and repair the ceiling. Then we had to work on the bedroom that had water damage. We relaying new carpet, putting up new walls, and a fresh coat of paint. You can never tell what happened in that room at all now.
