Being Prompt for Business
If one is prompt then one is on time. Being punctual is a form of courtesy. If there is anything I detest, then it is waiting for someone who is late for an appointment. In the age of the mobile phone, there is no excuse for people not to let you know that they will be legitimately late. In the business world, not being prompt is bad business practice. This would apply to Senior Move Managers as well. The customer is paying for the time, it follows that the senior managers need to display courtesy and be prompt. Being prompt is a form of consideration towards ones customers.
