My mother always avers that cooking is an art. I think she must be correct because no one can cook like her. It’s like relishing a small taste of heaven each time you take a morsel of her stew. Making my cooking taste like hers is one of the endless challenges I face. I’ve determined though, that she utilizes the best blender on the market to mix the spices she uses for her stews. I don’t know if it makes a difference but I guess there’s no harm doing the same. I think that possessing a blender is a real convenience. It makes it so easy to fix all sorts of soups, sauces and drinks.
