Do not look for the cheapest solution when picking from auto insurance carriers
Fortunately, this is not my own story. Some time ago, my friend Jake decided to save money by going for the cheapest auto insurance plan he could find. It was odd: we couldn’t even find the provider in the list of auto insurance carriers – it was as if it never existed.
Jake didn’t care so much until he accidentally hit someone’s car. Turns out that not only his insurance plan didn’t cover this, but it was also next to impossible to get them on the phone! Jake ended paying for the repair costs out of his own pocket. Needless to say, immediately afterwards he switched insurance plans.
