My brother, David, has always been really interested in property development and real estate. He’s a smart business man and also very handy around the home, and has always enjoyed taking on renovation projects, even from a young age when he would sneak out into Dad’s shed and hammer small pieces of wood together. Last week, David took his first serious step in the business by buying a rundown block of arizona apartments, with his business partner. Together, they plan to take the run-down block and turn it into a really high-end apartment complex, before renting out the individual spaces to professionals in the area.
