Cardiff Dining
I was surprised to find out that some of the best restaurants in Cardiff were actually in the hotels. The Cardiff hotels obviously put a lot of time and effort into their cuisine, and I was more than satisfied with my experience. The Hotel Novotel has a restaurant called The Elements that is just exquisite. It boasts native fare, as long as cuisine from around the rest of Europe. The bar was nt half bad either, and their bartender on duty served me the best gin and tonic I have ever had outside of my native New Hampshire. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
