Receiving Top Honors At The Company’s Banquet
Last month the management team in my unit at work was awarded top honors at the company’s banquet. The honors were for the least amount of company injuries and full compliance with plant training. They said all of the employee in our unit was always in compliance with the required training throughout a 12 month period. They attributed our safety to our diligence in meeting the training requirements. Each worker in the unit was awarded a a small company bonus along with bragging rights for the year. On manager seemed very happy with his award and came in to work the next week on cloud nine.
