I love to cook, and my wife loves to hunt, so we’re a great match. Every winter, she keeps our kitchen stocked with the best fresh venison. Sometimes our friends laugh at us because it seems like our roles should be reversed, and I should be the one hunting while my wife cooks. But my philosophy is, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! It may not work for some people, but it works for us. When I go shopping for new kitchen supplies, my wife shops for gun supplies, and then we catch a movie when we’re finished. We recently decided to open a restaurant, and our biggest hits are our seasonal venison burgers and stew.
