Great news – I got hired at a new Charter school!
When my husband arrived home, he smelled the wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen. I was dressed in a beautiful summer dress and he wanted to know what the occasion was. I told him not to worry; he had not missed our anniversary. He laughed and I could tell he was relieved. I told him I wanted to celebrate because I got the teaching job at the new Charter school. He screamed and rushed over to pick me up and give me a hug. I told him to put me down so we could eat. He told me he knew I would get the job.
