Wearing name badges

Have you ever lived vicariously through a movies star, or go by an alter ego when you are in different places. Don’t be shy, more people do this then you think. There is something powerful in a name. Can you imagine a world where nobody had a name, life would be impersonal. The same can go for life in the work place, especially if you are in an organization that specializes in customer services. Have you ever been to a store where none of the employees wore name badges? I am sure it wasn’t as pleasant or as organized as the stores were everyone wore name badges. When store employees wear name badges they are no longer considered another worker, they are consider to be apart of something bigger.
