We Care About Our People

I think people get a pretty skewed idea of what it’s like to be at the top of a successful organization. Managers and owners get a pretty bad rap for being uninvolved and not really plugged into the day to day business of keeping things going. Really, that usually isn’t true. I know that I feel a lot of responsibility for keeping morale up and our employee pool doing well. Just last quarter, we had a team building Scotland activity that we got really good feedback on. We just wanted to get the office pools together and have a little fun, while improving communication. It went great.
